Clothing & shawls
Returns are accepted within 30 days of deliveryfor items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once we receive the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Honey & food items
For food-safety reasons, honey cannot be returned once opened. If your jar arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back.
How to start a return
Email orders@abouyemen.com or use the contact form with your order number (e.g. AY-1001) and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
